Our thriving community hub offers fun, food and friendship for the over 65’s. We provide a range of services to help you stay healthy, active and social. We also offer meals-on-wheels and minibus transport to and from Fair Close
Lunch Club
Join us for a delicious 2 course lunch in our community restaurants in Newbury or Hungerford
Meals on Wheels
A hot and nutritious 2 course lunch delivered to your home by our friendly DBS checked volunteers
Coffee and Tea Bar
Join us in the morning or afternoon for a hot drink and cake at our sociable café
Welfare Officer
Get helpful information and support on any matter from our friendly Welfare Officer
Dementia Support
Join the Camellia Club and take part in activities you enjoy. We also offer a carers support group

Refurbishment starts for new dementia service
Building work has started at the Fair Close Centre to transform its lounge into a new specialist service for people with a dementia diagnosis. The aim is to create a modern professionally run dementia day club, The Camellia Club.
Free Meals!
